Hannah Rubin

Hannah Rubin is a pianist from seacoast New Hampshire and a freshman at Yale University. As a soloist and chamber musician, she performs regularly with various undergraduate music ensembles. Hannah is a winner of the 2023 Artist of the Year and Best Schumann Performance Great Composers Competitions. Recent highlights include a solo recital featuring works by Schumann, Haydn, and Prokofiev, and a performance of the first movement of Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G after winning Phillips Exeter’s 2022 Concerto Competition.

Hannah attended Boston University Tanglewood Institute Young Artists Piano Program in 2022 and Interlochen Intermediate Piano Program in 2017 and 2018. She has been fortunate to collaborate with other musicians through programs at Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music and New England Music Camp. Hannah began studying piano at age seven and is a student of Elizabeth Parisot at the Yale School of Music and Jung Mi Lee at Phillips Exeter Academy.
